long story short.. While working at camp I got this killer cold. And I continually had it for 3 weeks. Yesterday It made my ear bleed. So then I went to the hospital. Now I am dopped up on drugs and my ear has been bleeding for over 24 hours. But tis okay. Good people are taking care of me.

Its true about my life. And I hate that. I feel like I have failed to become an adult. Why am I still so dependent on people? I live of the hand of others. I have not boughten clothes for myself in months, but yet I continue to have clothes to wear. I got nicknamed goodwill last semester. At this point, I really believe it. I want to change it. I wish I could change it.

so its 2 am in the morning, I am waiting for my 4 am train to go see Meghan Cochrane. I have been downtown killing time since 3 pm. My homestay family is all out of town. So I had nothing better to do than be here. Its kind of sad how many homeless people are sleeping at the station. It will be nice to get out of town for a day to meet a friend. Starting next sunday, I cannot leave the dormitory for 3 straight weeks because I am a camp counselor. Money is good but the money is already spent and needed before I will see any of it. Either way, its not so bad. Happy New year everyone!

Hi
its been a long time hasn't it? I mean since a real post?
Just finished finals somehow, scraped through them all. Kind of forgot to study for my Japanese one at the end. Started making things up. like the "below snow car enter mouth" cause I could not remember subway station in Japanese. Translating from Korean to Japanese is not fun. It is a bitch. What else is new? Starting my winter vacation with my homestay family. It is going to be a long break. I love my homestay family, but I need a room that is Nick's room in Korea. I have been sharing for too long. It has been one and a half years since there was a room that only Nick slept in. Wait, I take that back. Even then I was sleeping with Adam lol. Wow. I need to get a place of my own. And for those of you who have not heard, I cannot make it back to the states this winter break. Some problems came up that I would rather not discuss. In other news, still haven't heard back from my Korean university to the status of my transfer. If it fails, I am taking the semester to further improve my Korean skills before I have to study in only Korean language. This is going to be a lonely christmas, I can feel it. First one completely away from home, family, and friends. But it is not as lonely as I thought it would originally be. But that is another story. Its the end of the year, and its time we contemplated what we have accomplished in the last year. Will you regret this last year? Did you do anything special? How will this year affect the years to come? For me, this has been one of the busiest and most memorable ever, but at the same time the loneliest. It now has been 9 months since I have seen home, seen my friends, and not been a foreigner. With some of you, it has even been 9 months since we chatted online. I wonder how this year would have been different if I had been at home the whole time? How would my relationships be different with my friends? Sometimes, I feel like most of you have completely forgotton about me. Those who still do remember, and try to talk to me still, I am sincerely thankful. Even if we only get to say a couple of words at a time, they are important to me. To Adam, once again, happy birthday. I feel like a terrible brother not being able to be there for it. I feel even worse about Christmas. At this point it seems like I am rambling, so I will close it here. To everyone that reads this, Merry Christmas
